Aadren reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors or discontinue an offer.

If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

An order is not considered confirmed until Aadren confirms it through an appropriate communication channel.
We may contact you to verify your name, phone number, delivery address, product selection, and payment preference.
Please provide accurate and complete information.
Aadren may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the information cannot be verified, or there is a reasonable concern about fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving advance payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid.

Aadren may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods displayed or communicated during checkout.

For COD orders, customers must pay the confirmed order amount and applicable delivery charges according to the payment instructions provided.

For advance payments, customers should use only the payment details officially provided by Aadren.

Please retain your payment confirmation until your order has been delivered.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver orders within Bangladesh through our available courier services.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
Additional delivery attempts or re-delivery charges may apply if a parcel cannot be delivered because of incorrect information or the recipient's unavailability.
Aadren is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Aadren as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation by our team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. The applicable return or exchange policy will apply.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Any cancellation involving advance payment will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
